Nobel prize
After someone has played an Event card, you may play Nobel prize to cancel its effect. Both cards will be discarded. You may negate the effect of a Nobel prize with another Nobel prize. Playing Nobel prize doesn’t count as an action in a turn, but playing the Event card that has been negated does.
