Play Financial cut beneath a Species card until it is discarded. If the Species card is moved, Financial cut moves with it. New Species cards cannot be played adjacent to the Species card on top of Financial cut until Financial cut is removed from the game, either by discarding the Species card on top or by directly discarding Financial cut. Cards adjacent to the Species card that were previously in game aren’t discarded.
